What does neuroaffirming mean at Evervolve?
At Evervolve, being neuroaffirming means we recognise that there’s no single right way to think, learn, or experience the world. We value each person’s unique neurology and work from a place of respect, understanding, and acceptance. Our goal is to support clients in building on their strengths, reducing barriers, and creating environments, at home, school, or work, where they can feel safe, capable, and understood.

How does occupational therapy support adults?
We support adults in managing everyday challenges at work and at home, including organisation and planning skills, energy management, sensory and self-regulation, and understanding neurodiversity. Our services also include workplace consultations and collaborations through Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) to promote well-being and inclusion in professional settings.
Do you provide online or telehealth sessions?
Yes. We offer online sessions for consultations, parent coaching, meetings, and occupational therapy interventions when it is clinically appropriate. This allows clients and families to access support more flexibly.
What qualifications do your therapists have?
All Evervolve therapists are qualified and registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore. We also participate in ongoing professional development to ensure high standards of practice.
Assessments and Reports
What is included in an occupational therapy assessment?
Our comprehensive assessments include interviews, standardised assessments, and clinical observations to understand strengths, challenges, and daily functioning. You’ll receive a detailed written report with clear, practical recommendations for home, school, or work. For paediatric clients, we also recommend a classroom observation as part of the assessment process to gain insight into real-life learning and participation.
Therapy Process
How long are therapy sessions?
Most sessions are 60 minutes in length, depending on the client’s age and goals. Session duration and frequency are discussed after the initial assessment.
How often will my child or I need therapy?
Frequency varies based on individual goals and progress. Most clients attend weekly sessions.
How do you measure progress?
Progress is reviewed through ongoing observation, feedback from clients and families, and periodic reassessments. We track both functional skills and overall participation improvements.
Do you offer family or caregiver coaching?
We believe family involvement is crucial to success. We offer parent coaching sessions to help families implement strategies at home and understand sensory or emotional regulation needs.
Payment & Policies
What are your fees?
Fees vary depending on service type (assessment, therapy, consultation). A full fee schedule is provided during your intake or enquiry process.
Can you provide insurance documentation?
Evervolve can provide receipts and supporting documentation for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. While we are a private practice and not directly panelled with insurance companies, we’re happy to assist by supplying the necessary details to help with your claims process.

Do you provide workplace or corporate programs?
Evervolve offers customised workplace OT programs, ergonomic assessments, neurodiversity inclusion training, and corporate wellness workshops as part of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).
Can organisations partner with Evervolve?
Absolutely. We partner with schools, HR teams, and corporate wellness programs to create inclusive, supportive environments that promote participation, well-being, and neurodiversity awareness across workplaces and educational settings.
Locations
Where does Evervolve provide paedeatric therapy services?
Evervolve operates within All Hands Together, located at 396 Joo Chiat Place, Singapore 428079. Our team provides paediatric services after school hours and on Saturdays, offering flexible scheduling to support families. We currently offer school-based therapy at United World College (Dover Campus) and home-based therapy sessions depending on client needs and therapist availability.
Where does Evervolve provide adult therapy services?
Evervolve provides adult occupational therapy in real-life settings, such as your home or workplace, so that strategies and support are practical, meaningful, and easy to use in your everyday life.
